Your booking conditions

What happens if I don’t show up?

In the event of a “No-Show” please note:

  • Payment received for Sunbeds is non-refundable
  • Reservation is non-transferable

What happens in the case of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather:

  • Payment received for Sunbeds is non-refundable
  • Date can only be transferred with the approval of either the Manager / Supervisor of Sol Beach
  • During strong winds, all umbrellas will be closed/removed for safety

What happens once I’ve booked?

Reserving your sunbed:

  • All pre-paid bookings will be given preference for the first row according to the date of booking
  • A copy of the receipt of payment must be presented upon arrival
  • All reserved sunbeds will be available for use 09:00 – 17:00 CET.
  • Reservations are to be made via the Sol Beach website only.  No bookings will be accepted via telephone or email
  • Reservations to be made at least 24 hours before date requested.  Any bookings made on the same day will not be accepted.
  • Reserved sunbeds / umbrellas cannot be moved from their position
